Installation and data transfer:
The BPA+ software is easy to use. Follow these simple steps:
Additional notes:
- Make sure the software is being installed while using a Windows administrator account on the PC. The BPA+ shortcut can be found on the desktop of the PC.
- The blood pressure monitor will display "USB" in addition to the three horizontal bars, upon receiving commands (e.g. data transfer) from the BPA+ software to the PC.
- If the option "Clear memory after upload" is turned on, the BPA+ software will instruct the blood pressure monitor to delete all measurement data in the memory after data transfer. This option is set to "off" by default.
- The date and time setting on the blood pressure monitor is automatically synchronized with the clock settings of the PC during data transfer. Therefore, please also make sure the date and time setting on the PC is correct.
- Please make sure the date and time settings of the blood pressure monitor are set, as measurement data without date and time will not be transferred to the BPA+ software.
- The functions and buttons of the blood pressure monitor are disabled during PC connection.
- Do not disconnect the USB cable during data transfer.
